Here's some insider information...
These sweet mini bells are a farmer favorite here at Upriver.
They are just so delicious, crunchy and so nice for snacking you often hear many loud crunching sounds in the fields on harvest days.
We will have some in the Farm Stand today and at Lane County Farmers Market tomorrow so come by and get your share of these sweet peppers!🫑

Yesterday we harvested just under 1000 ears of corn to put in our CSA boxs, to sell in our Farm Stand and at Bend Farmers Market

Meet the staff! Andie edition,

"I am from Sonoma County California! I moved to Eugene in 2022.
I got hired in our farm stand in 2024, then worked in the field, and now I manage our farmers markets, social media, and work in the field!

What brought me to the farm was a search for a better work place. I was looking for a place that I could love, and where I could learn. We spend so much of our time at work why be somewhere that drags you down? When I got this job it was exactly what I was looking for. Good people, good work, good vibes only.✨️ And there's always something new to learn!

As many of you might have seen we have brought back collard greens!
One of the best things about them is you can eat them cooked or raw just like kale.
I like to quickly cook them up with some hot bacon fat, add some garlic and onions...bam half of dinner is ready!
We will have some at market tomorrow Lane County Farmers Market so come by before we sell out!

We are officially halfway through the market season for Bend Farmers Market!!
We've been having so much fun bringing all these delicious veggies to you all!
There has been some perfectly beautiful days, crazy windy days, scorching hot days, and even some rain. Through all of this our team was able to harvest all these vegetables on Tuesday to bring to you all on Wednesday then beautifully make abundant displays of our bounty.
Thank you for continuing to come by our booth, and we hope you continue to stop by in these next couple months with new incoming crops, like this week we are harvesting corn!
