Palate:
Marshmellows, sweet rice cakes dusted with cinnamon, caramel, rich buttery mouthfeel and cloves

Palate: Stroopwafel, vanilla, ben and Jerry's chunky monkey ice cream (banana ice cream with walnuts and chocolate chunks), and baking spices

River Roots barrel pick is here 🌀

3 Year Kentucky Wheated Bourbon finished for 5 years in a Chardonnay barrel.

Nose: Vanilla custard, poundcake, amaretto, maraschino cherries, powdered sugar, sweet oats with cinnamon.

Palate: Creamy and silky. Thai tea, toasted almonds, brown sugar, five spice, chessman biscuits.

Beautiful new labels on these Still Austin Cask Strength Bourbons! Come grab one, they are delicious!

Nose: Wild flower honey, cracker jacks, butterscotch, cream soda

Palate: Soft chewy caramel, super silky mashmellow fluff, Toasty oak, caramelized sugars.

13th Colony Sakura finished Bourbon Cask Strength Stats:

5.7 Years Old. 127 Proof

Nose: Very Floral, cherry blossoms and some red berries like raspberries. Touch of vanilla, sugar and spices from the oak

Palate: Sweet. but just a touch. More red berries, some sugar cookies dusted with cinnamon and clove spice.

Finish: Very long and warm, baking spices linger and some bittersweet rose tannins that finish at very end.
