WE WON. 🌳

Last night, Leander City Council approved our Special Use Permit for The 75 Oaks.

But what I’ll remember most about last night is y’all…

Watching this community pour into City Hall. Seeing everyone sign up to speak. Families with children staying well past bedtime. Kids finding the courage to stand up for a farm they love.

Seeing all of you last night…WOW. That was the memory we will hold onto.

This past year has been incredibly hard, and I don’t think you realize just how much this FARM-ily has kept us going.

Last night, you showed up for local food and agricultural education. You showed up for local farms, ranchers and producers. You stood up for something you believe in, and we will never forget it. 🥹

This community is one-of-a-kind. What we’ve built together is special. 🫶🏼

Thank you for standing beside us, for believing in this farm, and for reminding us why it’s all worth it.

We won. Together. ✊🏼

The future of our programs is on the line. Not just that but hundreds of people’s access to fresh, local foods, and connection to their farmers, ranchers, bakers and so much more is too. If you can please give us a little of your time to save a whole lot by joining us at Pat Bryson Municipal Hall 10/15 at 7 p.m. to show City Council you want The 75 Oaks to remain part of our community.

The monarchs are in Kansas…not me tracking them like an Amazon package. 🦋📦

Can’t wait to watch them fuel up at our Monarch Waystation. I just wish we could schedule a delivery day. 😂
