Some tools make life so much easier.

Using a bench scraper scoops up way more than your knife can. AND using a scraper instead of a knife preserves your knife blade.

🌺New Recipe: Caribbean Jerk Chicken Rice Bowls.

The jerk chicken is made with an incredible marinade. I diced up my cooked chicken and served it with cilantro lime rice, a mango salsa, and avocado.

Thai Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp freshly grated Ginger
2 cloves minced Garlic

Grill marinated chicken skewers at 400 for 12-15 min or until they reach an internal temp of 165F.

Serve with Thai Peanut Salad 👌🏻

Day 3 Honey Mustard Marinade

1 pound Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove minced Garlic
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Combine the ingredients and marinade chicken for 4-24 hours or save in vacuum sealed bag.

Grill marinated chicken at 375F for 15-18 minutes.

Serve with roasted vegetables like potatoes, carrots, red onion, and broccoli.

Garlic and Herb Chicken Marinade for your freezer prep 🙌🏻

Ingredients:

1 pound Chicken Breast Cutlets
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic minced
2 tsp White W**e Vinegar
1 tsp each of salt, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, parsley
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1) marinade overnight or in a freezer bag for up 3 months
2) cook the chicken in a large pan with butter
3) serve with mashed potatoes and a quick green vegetable
Enjoy
