Cooking for your family hits different! Simple and satisfying meals made with love! While my husband is enjoying India South Africa Final and taking care of our toddler, I make sure they enjoy their lunch time ❤️❤️

This recipe is super simple- you just chop the bhindi and marinate it with besan, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and a little salt.

Sauté onions over jeera and hing in mustard oil and put the marinated bhindi over it. Cook everything together without covering with a lid. (Covering while you cook changes the color of the veggies).

When it’s done either squeeze a lemon over it or just sprinkle some amchur powder. And you are done! Enjoy with rotis, paranthas or even white rice. Best paired with red masoor dal 😝
