✨ 600 followers… WOW! ✨

I just hit 600 followers across Facebook and Instagram, and I’m honestly so grateful. What started as a passion for sharing flavors and recipes has turned into a growing community of amazing, loyal supporters. ❤️

Seeing you try my blends, share my posts with your family and friends, and cheer on this small business means everything to me. Every like, comment, and share truly makes a difference.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me—it wouldn’t be the same without you. 🙏

Here’s to many more meals, memories, and moments together!

💙🤍❤️Thank you, Georgetown & Bee Cave! 💙🤍❤️

A huge thank you to our returning customers in Georgetown who stopped by to meet Anthony last Saturday — your support truly means the world to us. It was also so special to reconnect with customers who first met us 1.5 years ago in Bee Cave at the Pecan Festival, and to welcome so many new faces along the way 🌶️

Whether you’ve been cooking with The French Longhorn from the very beginning or you’re just discovering us, welcome to the French Longhorn family. I can’t wait to see you again in September and hear what you cooked, how you used the blends, and what became your favorites.

Can’t wait until September to refill? You can order online anytime or visit one of our local partner stores 🙌

Thank you for cooking with us — see you very soon! 🇫🇷🥩

🌰✨ Pecan Festival Weekend! ✨🌰

I’ll be personally at the Pecan Festival this Saturday and Sunday, and I can’t wait to spend the weekend cooking, talking spices, and celebrating one of Texas’ most iconic ingredients 🌿🤎

Come visit The French Longhorn booth to taste our blends, chat recipes, and get inspired for grilling, roasting, and everything in between. Pecans + good spices = magic, and I’m excited to share ideas and stories with you in person.

If you’re out enjoying the festival, please stop by, say hi, and support local makers. Events like these are exactly why I love being part of this community.

See you Saturday & Sunday at the Pecan Festival!
Let’s make it a delicious weekend 🥩🌶️🇫🇷

✨ Tomorrow in Georgetown! ✨

If you’re stopping by the market tomorrow, you’ll be greeted by Anthony, who’s running The French Longhorn booth for the day 🙌🌶️

This is his first time fully taking the reins, and I couldn’t be more excited (and grateful!) to have him there sharing our spices, our story, and our love for good food. If you see him, please come say hi, ask questions, taste, shop, and give him some encouragement 💛

My hope is that he has an amazing time and catches the market bug, because I’d love for him to help spread The French Longhorn name around the Austin area at more markets this year. Community support makes all the difference, and it means the world to us.

Thank you for always showing up — see you (or see him 😉) in Georgetown tomorrow!

For the past two years, I’ve been lucky enough to work from Belle Vie Farm, and every visit reminds me how special this place truly is. I always enjoy meeting and chatting with everyone there—the atmosphere is consistently welcoming, inspiring, and full of positive energy.

I’m incredibly thankful to have a space at the farm where I can blend my spices when needed. It has become such an important part of my work and journey. Thank you so much, Perrine, for your trust and support—it means more than you know. 🤍

At the same time, I’m proud to share that Local Pastures (North Lamar and South Austin) are now the main stores carrying my spices. When I see the quality of products they curate, I feel truly honored to have my brand on their shelves. Our relationship continues to grow, and it’s been amazing to see how much their customers love our Taco seasoning, while also discovering and enjoying our Persillade and teas more and more.

So much gratitude for these partnerships that make this journey possible. 🌾✨

🌰✨ Pecan Festival season is officially ON! ✨🌰

I’m getting ready (and very excited!) for the Pecan Festival on May 9th & 10th—and I’m happy to share that I’ll be back again for the September 12th & 13th edition too!

That means two chances this year for my Austin folks to come say hi, taste my blends, and help me spread French‑inspired flavors right in downtown Austin 🇫🇷🌶️🇺🇸

Mark your calendars—let’s cook, chat, and spice things up together!

Rainy, stormy days call for comfort food ☔️✨
Blanquette de poulet is on the menu today 💙🤍❤️

Traditionally made with veal, blanquette isn’t always easy to recreate over here — but chicken works beautifully. Simmered gently until tender, finished with a creamy sauce, and seasoned with my Herbes de Provence, this version stays true to the spirit of the classic while making it accessible and cozy.

Served simply with rice, it’s the kind of dish that warms the house, the heart, and the soul. Old‑world comfort, perfect for a grey day 🍽️🌿

🇫🇷🤝🇺🇸 French meets American… again!

Ran into AT Frenchies in Austin—two French comedians absolutely nailing the French vs American culture clash with humor, wit, and just the right amount of friendly chaos.

They blend cultures with jokes.
I blend them with spices. 🌶️✨

Different accents, same idea: take the best of France, mix it with the US, and create something people actually love (and argue about in a fun way).

Laughs on screen, flavors on the plate—cultural blending never tasted so good 👨🏻‍🍳
