Brook has been part of the family for 6 months, and in that short amount of time, she’s made herself pretty damn hard to imagine this place without. Brook brings a level of intelligence and intention to everything she does. She’s the kind of person you can count on when things get chaotic, the person who makes everyone around her better, and the kind of human you’re genuinely lucky to have in your corner. When she’s not working, Brook is probably listening to heavy metal at the gym, lifting even heavier weights. Or watching horror films and UT football games. Her go-to order? A Mexican Martini and a Doggies Pizza.

Ruby has been part of the Obsidian team for 6 months, and we’re so lucky to have her! Her favorite menu item is the kids’ grilled cheese, dipped in our famous hot honey buffalo sauce.
When she’s not here being everyone’s friend or pouring a pint, you can find her out on a hike with friends or cozied up at home reading historical literature. We’re so happy to have her on the team! 🍺🖤
Toby is familiar to many & loved by all. He’s been behind our bar for 10 months, but somehow feels like he’s been here forever. Whether he’s whipping up cocktails or making customers laugh, Toby has a way of making everyone feel like they belong.
When he’s not here being everyone’s favorite bartender, he’s at home sewing & creating various looks. Toby is a true fashion designer with a signature style thats impossible to ignore, in the best way possible.
