I am a Permaculture designer and I operate my own urban micro farm, teaching people how to live a more sustainable and healthy life style. Because of my passion to reduce toxins and poisons from our households and environment, I studied the effects on our immediate surrounding, through man's interference and ignorance, and returned a barren property into a thriving diverse ecology. I have learned to live without most toxic ingredients by making many products and food items myself. For most people, it is unrealistic to do the same due to busy lifestyle, inconvenience and time restraint but by just making 1 or 2 simple changes a week, you can help reduce toxins, allergies and improve your over health for you and your family
