It's been a long minute since we last talked...

The marathon has been continuing....
I've been on and off training to France, in:
- Bread making
- French cuisine

It has been an old dream of mine to go to FERRANDI, the French Harvard of Gastronomy and I did. It has been truly a lifetime experience thanks to hard work, dedication and blessings to be able to accomplish it

I went also to the prestigious School of Gastronomy: Bellouet Conseil, to learn how to make a chocolate artistic piece and
lastly has the privilege to attend a training held by the world best Stephane Klein in Sugar Art ....

but rest assured I am still humble lol and still looking for to your trust and business mainly for PARTY FOOD (mini desserts, savory food, SPECIAL OCCASIONS cakes or savory food, pre-order group LUNCHES, African food parties, PRIVATE PARTIES, CORPORATE PARTIES anything that could make your life more beautiful
