It's that time of year to start restocking our dried apothecary herbs 🌿
We will have dried elderflower and dried mullien available again this weekend.
Elderflower can be helpful to boost immunity and bring down a low fever.
Mullien can be helpful to loosen mucus and clear up congestion.

We are officially registered as a Certified Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation! On our homestead, we are providing food, water, cover, and places to raise young for wildlife and pollinatiors. We have done this by prioritizing the use of native plants, water conservation, and avoiding pesticide use to help wildlife thrive.
As I'm sure many of you know, cultivating this land in a sustainable way has been a top priority on our homestead. We have so many different species of wildlife now than we did 9 years ago when we moved here. It is truly an amazing sight to behold.

Restocked today with lots of chocolate chip cookies (singles and boxes) 12 more regular sourdough and 8 more double chocolate that have less of that bitter dark chocolate taste. We also still have blueberry bagels, everything bagels, sandwich loaves, and a couple lemon blueberry sourdough.

We are open and restocked with sourdough. We also have a new flavor per my daughter's request, double chocolate sourdough! These are made with a sugar and cocoa blend and dark chocolate chips. They did turn out a tad more bitter than I personally would like, so if you snag one today let me know what you think!!

Happy Friday! We are open today until 7pm with all the yummy goods for the holiday weekend. We went back to our original method of adding blueberries to each loaf individually while shaping instead of during bulk stretch and folds for our lemon blueberrysourdough. Though it is more time consuming, it keeps the berries away from the edge and reduces dark spots on the crust.
