Ladies and gentlemen, sorry it took so long, but I had to have the right cotija to serve this. We are extremely excited to announce the Authentic taco is back. The Authentic starts with a corn tortilla, then refried beans, beef, onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese. Special runs from 11-2 or while supplies last. Open tomorrow until 4. If you can make it we'd love to feed ya, love to see ya, come on down.

One of those bittersweet days. Today we sold the trailer that started it all. Thankful for the people I've met, the journey, my family, and all the support. The trailers in good hands though. A good buddy of mine, was actually one of my coworkers at the Montgomery Skyline, bought it. Joey and his wife are going to turn it into a Thai trailer. Let's welcome Charm Thai on the wheels to the food truck word. I'm excited to see their growth and dream come true. They are down in the Cincinnati area, so when you're down that way keep a look out for them.

All my wine drinkers, just a reminder we are doing a tasting tonight. The first 15 customers get to pick which bottles we are trying. If you don't like wine we have some beer for you as well. We are serving dinner as well. You get your choice of Ribeye, Chicken breast, or salmon fillet, accompanied by a baked potato and salad. Price for the wine tasting is $10. Price for the dinner is $25. The kitchen is going to stop taking orders at 7: 30, but the dining room will gladly host you till 8:00. So come on down celebrate with us and have a good time.

For all the people who can't make it on Tuesdays for lunch, we heard you. Tomorrow, Saturday (2/18) we will be serving Tacos as our lunch special from 11-2.

Wine Tasting this Friday at Kelly's Meats & Deli from 5-8. It will be first come first serve and the first 15 customers get to pick which Bottles we'll be sampling. Price for the Wine tasting will be $10. We will be offering a Dinner as well for $25. You get to choose between Steak, Chicken, or Salmon and your two sides are baked potato and a salad. So if your not doing anything this Friday come on down and help us get rid of some of this Wine.

First thank you all for all the love and support. We truly felt the love.

Second, this will be Kelly's last week. Stop in and show her some love if you can.

Third, just a reminder Tacos will be our special tomorrow and specials are available 11-2.

Lastly, this isn't my first time doing something new. My last opening for my truck I had so many people that I love stop by and I felt like I was brief or couldn't really focus on conversation just because my mind was on the food and the flow of things. So tomorrow if I can't chat long, please forgive me in advance.

I hope y'all are ready for Taco Tuesday next week! We are extremely excited to announce that El Jefes Boss Tacos has acquired Kelly's Meats and Deli. We will have tacos as our special every Tuesday. I also plan to sell the taco slaw, pre marinated chicken, and the Adobe that I use to make the taco beef for the rest of the week so people can take it home and make it themselves. To all my Kelly's fans, just know your in good hands. We don't plan on changing anything from the get go. We will still offer her prime meats, hot lunch specials, and those high stacked sandwiches. Not only that but Lebanon, I know we are all dieing for a good steak house. It is in our long term plan to add a bar, open up for dinner, and showcase our Boss level cooking with our in house Prime steaks and meat. So I hope you all are as excited about this as I am. Been waiting to say this all winter, this Tuesday, if you can make it, we'd love to feed ya, love to see ya, come on down.
