This tomahawk ribeye is absolutely worth it. 🥩

If you've never cooked one, here's exactly how we'd do it: salt it heavy 45 minutes before it hits the heat, sear 3-4 minutes per side in a screaming hot cast iron, then let it rest a full 10 minutes before you slice. That's it. The cut does the rest.
