How is summer shaping up at your place? I still haven’t finished the kitchen, and in true Alex fashion, instead of doing that, I picked up an old International Harvester hay baler!
We wont be doing any hay this year, so I might putter around on it a bit here and there, but it’s gonna get sidelined much of this year while I combat my ADHD and try to get back on the kitchen and bee shed.
Emily has been doing a lot of landscaping work on the planter bed we added on Mother’s Day. Emily painted the old push-cultivator her aunt and uncle gifted us which looks so cool.
Next, she wants to start on a barn quilt to mount on the house between the windows.
But today? Today is beekeeping, electric fence repairs, mowing and other not so glamorous chores.
