The Warehouse Associate position at Insource Performance Solutions is a direct hire with our company and is located within the Americold warehouse in Lebanon, TN. To be clear, it is NOT a temporary position.
We currently have two shifts to offer:
1st Shift:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
The starting base salary is 17.00/hr but you can make up to $19.25/hr with our production pay, which is very achievable.
2nd Shift:
Monday through Friday, 5:30pm - 2:00am
The starting base salary is $17.85/hr but you can make up to $20.10 with our production pay, which is again very achievable.
