I have been getting a number of emails and posts regarding pot, and I could not figure out why they were trying to contact us here...It turns out that there is a ma*****na growing farm in Grants Pass called Phoenix Rising Farms (with an S!), and folks are trying to contact them, not us. FYI, we have pasture raised beef, pork, fruits, veggies, berries, and jams. That's it, folks! : )

Sad news on the farm--one of the female llamas died, leaving behind a cria. We are trying to get it on milk replacer. The rest of the llamas held vigil around the body, crying. when we loaded the body into the truck, the other llamas ran along side it down the hill. They do have a strong bond.

Most of us have seen Strawberries grown in pots, bricks, but have you ever seen Vertical Strawberries Grown in Rain Gutter System? How ingenious is this. All you need to do is set up some vertical posts and run a long some pipes with holes for the plants to sit in. This would be similar to hydrop...
