Its been a little while....
We attended one of our favorite shows this weekend Dayton Fancy Feather Club.
Madison Ely hasn't had time to show in a while and Jr days are over at the end of this year. She entered 4 white silkies.
Champion featherleg both shows, reserve featherleg 1 show.
2 different white silkie were reserve bantam of both shows.

Kierson came out with 3 birchen moderns and all 3 made it on champion row.

When we moved the farm its was really hard on me and I am still working on building things and getting set back up. That is the reason we have not been out much, but hopefully 2027 we will be back in full swing again.

Hi poultry show world. My name is Lindsey... let me introduce myself. Most of you truly dont know me. I have left all breed club boards now so I dont have to watch my behavior and do as the club tells me and keep my mouth shut. Just know you come for my kids now and I have no one to keep me under control. And now more then half of that barn will know what you do or say. And know there are a few voluntary aunts and uncles that will come right behind me. So if you ADULTS ruin showing for another child of mine we will come for you. What happened to these kids are the future of poultry??? Why are we allowing adults to run them away?

This weekend there was a rumor I was showing my kids birds in Jr.
Let me introduce the K in MBK farm. Madison is my oldest and she is the M she has younger siblings. Kierson still has almost 10 years left in Jr! Oh there is also B kid running around at shows sometimes. 😁😅😅😅

So keep talking, That Jr this weekend has been carrying around birds bigger then her since she was in diapers. And she is my biggest chicken lover yet. I have been holding her back because I was to busy to have a tiny child with me at shows and I was not going to be the parent who let the show babysit.

We had a great weekend at Moon City. Its been so hot and its still early in season my birds were all to young still or just need another month to finish out. We brought a small handful of birds and did pretty well.

We will be attending Moon City show my plan was to not bring the trailer but its looking hot so I will need the AC. If you are interested in moderns or silkies let me know and I can see if I have what you may need. No time for photos pay cash at show pick up.
