I decided to scramble Bigfoot’s first dozen eggs. They were all small except 3. All 3 of the bigger ones had double yolks. Look how cute the little yolks are. Bigfoot has been laying for about 3 weeks now. We have a second hen laying now and a third one laid a soft shell egg. Soon our 6 hens will supply us with plenty of eggs.

It does not seem possible that it has been 25 years. I can remember exactly where I was and how it made me feel. May God be near all the families and friends of all the people who lost their lives that day. May God help our current generation to learn and understand what happened that day and who did it.

Prayers that you all have a great Lord’s day today. Here is a summery from our little country churches service last week. I copied from our church page. 😊💜

We had prayer requests then Bro. Scott led in prayer. Our congregational songs were: The Glory Land Way, Love Lifted Me, When I See The Blood and I Love To Tell The Story. Sister Tammy read a poem; Hold My Hand Dear Lord. Brother Scott brought a message from Exodus 14: 19-31. Moses had faith in God, God parted the water. God makes a way for us in our lives. He parts the water to make a path for us to travel on life‘s journey. God makes a way in times of trouble and trials. Thanks be unto God for always making a way for His children. It is our duty to spread the gospel and to teach our family that they can trust God to make a way. He will always be there for us and give us strength to endure. We must praise God, thank Him, and trust in Him . God will make a way.

Exodus 14:19-31
King James Version
19 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:

20 And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.

21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.

22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

23 And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.

24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

26 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.

27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.

28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.

29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

30 Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

31 And Israel saw that great work which the Lord did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord, and his servant Moses.

Ever been invited to a wedding and you have to RSVP. Before you know it the wedding date is here and you forgot. You figure I’ll just go and surely, they’ll let me in. After all, I was invited. So, you clean yourself up and put on your best clothes. You look in the mirror and think, I look so good, there’s no way I’m not getting in. The wedding is at a beautiful gated private estate. You can’t wait to see what’s on the inside. This is going to be a special night and it cost you nothing. Then, there’s a problem. At the gate, they ask your name and tell you that you’re not on the list. You tell them, but I was invited. No matter how much you argue, they send you away, telling you that it was your responsibility to accept the invitation. That’s Heaven. God wants you there. He sent you the invitation. All you have to do is accept it. Not after you clean yourself up. Not when you “look” presentable, the way you think you’re expected to look. No, you have to accept before it’s too late. Otherwise, you’re not getting in. Don’t wait until it’s too late to respond.

So much truth to this

Cheesy Hashbrown and Ham Casserole

I used leftover ham for this casserole. It was good. I did forget to drain the thawed hash browns so it had a little extra liquid but it was still very tasty. Don’t forget that step💜😊

30 oz bag of hash browns, thawed and drained.
2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( save 1/2 cup to put on top)
8 oz. Sour cream
1/2 cup diced onion or can use 1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sliced green onions for garnish, opt.
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease a 9x13 baking dish
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add all the other ingredients except the reserved 1/2 cup cheese
Combine well and spread in the baking dish
Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes
Remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
Sprinkle with the green onions and serve.

Turkey and Stuffing Bake

I had left over turkey and decided to make a turkey and stuffing dish. I had a bag of unseasoned crouton stuffing mix so I used the recipe on the back of the bag and changed it a bit. It turned out good. I forgot to take a photo before we dug in. 😊💜

1 bag of crouton style stuffing mix, 12 oz unseasoned
Approximately 2 cups diced or shredded cooked turkey
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely diced celery
1 stick butter, melted
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp sage
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350* for 30 to 45 minutes.

Jesus is the only way. Jesus Saves, call on Him today.
