Raised on a farm in Byrdstown, Tennessee, Ed Riley grew up working the farm and truly lived the term "Farm to Table". He loved spending time in the kitchen with his mom and grandmother and many of their recipes are still used in our kitchen today. Ed is a self-taught chef...he sleeps, eats and dreams of new and creative food ideas 24/7. He likes to put a "Fat Man" spin on southern favorites that h

e grew up with like our yummy meatloaf and mac and cheese, for example. Two Fat Men Catering began with a cancer benefit event in 2002. From there it grew to a few events here and there for friends and family, to today Two Fat Men Catering serves over 500 catering events each year. We have always embraced an "un-catered" approach to food, one which honors fine ingredients and creative execution. We listen to each client and provide a distinctive menu that's prepared and presented in a way to delight and inspire. In an environment of ever-changing service styles and food trends, Two Fat Men Catering stays on the forefront with one thing in mind: a delightful and memorable food experience. Recipes for 5 to 5,000 guests are developed, not copied. Our culinary team first considers each new dish with the question, "What brings about the best flavor, texture and appearance?" Our culinary experts then meticulously refine each recipe. Our menu offerings are constantly evolving to suit changing tastes and dining trends. Our dedication to research is why there's always something fresh on the table at Two Fat Men Catering. To make each recipe stand out we source the finest ingredients from an extensive network of specialty growers and suppliers.
