First Sunday Fried Chicken Buffet is officially coming to The Salty Sow!

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for a hearty, small-town Sunday buffet featuring our crispy, golden fried chicken — fried in local pork lard for that rich, old-fashioned flavor you just can’t fake.

Our fried chicken is hand-breaded and fried in locally rendered pork lard from R Family Farms — giving it that rich, crispy, old-school flavor you just can’t fake.

We asked what sounded better for Saturday night, and BBQ came out on top.

So we’re opening The Salty Sow this Saturday, May 2nd from 6–9 PM with a BBQ menu featuring:

🍖 Ribs
🔥 Pulled pork
🥩 Brisket

And for the taco fans — we may let a little taco goodness sneak onto the menu too. 👀

We’re also adding one limited Territory Trading Co. feature:

Bison Burnt Ends
Smoked bison brisket points finished burnt-ends style with BBQ glaze, butter, and brown sugar.

We’ll only have about 20 orders of the bison burnt ends, so come early if you want to try them.

Bring a friend, tag your BBQ crew, and come hungry.
