I am not sure what to call this dish so here it is.. Dorito Chicken Fajita casserole. It will be full of good stuff plus nacho cheese doritos. Pick up will this Thursday anytime between 3:30 and 5:30pm.

I had someone request this casserole last week. Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf with loaded potatoes on top will be the meal this Wednesday. It was a popular one! I think this has become a Memorial Weekend, last week of school tradition. I will have Pulled Pork Mac 'n Cheese available this Wednesday. This dish is perfect for family celebrations, going to the lake, or camping at the river. Mac n cheese, topped with smoked pulled pork, French fried onions, and drizzled with BBQ sauce.
