Golden Oaks Veggies An Agricultural Experiment Golden Oaks Veggies is a small portion of Golden Oaks Farm, which is home to horses, sheep, and chickens in Lebanon, Connecticut.

GOV is dedicated to the pesticide-free production of vegetables, utilizing organic practices and pest control. While not in it's first year of production, the garden is small, and is intended to serve as an experimental and educational space for the main gardener. The availability of produce may be inconsistent, and although a CSA (http://www.nal.usda.gov/afsic/pubs/csa/csa.shtml) model was consi

dered for the garden, it was decided that it would be more manageable to sell the produce as it became marketable. The availability of produce will be communicated to group members via facebook messages when a crop begins to come into season. The message will list available produce, prices, and estimated quantity available. Orders will be placed on a first come, first serve basis. Pickup and payment will be arranged after the order is placed. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! If you're wondering about it, chances are someone else is too!
