Fresh meat at the market this Saturday. We'll be outside the Mansfield town hall from 3-5 every Saturday until Turkey Day. We will have stew meat, ground lamb, steaks, chops, sirloins, organs, as well as ground mutton for your dog!

For those who don't want the hassle of going to the Farmer's Market every week for their lamb fix - we have several different CSA options available starting at a small sampler of just 10lbs of meat all the way to the 40lb deluxe CSA. You will only have to come pick up meat 3 times and you get a discount.

Gearing up for our 2nd market season! Aries Crossing is excited to bring fresh pasture raised lamb to two local Farmer's Markets starting this Saturday - just in time for labor day BBQ. Our rib chops or leg steaks are perfect on the grill with corn on the cob. We will be at the Lebanon Farmer's Market every week starting Saturday September 3 from 9am to noon. Then we'll be zipping up to Storrs for the Mansfield Farmer's Market from 3pm to 6pm.
