Divide and conquer!

While Miss Brandi headed up toward St. Louis to cater a wedding, Levi held things down here in Pulaski County for the Waynesville Rural Fire Protection District’s Awards Banquet.

On the menu for the evening: rosemary sirloin or roasted red pepper chicken with cream sauce, smashed golden Yukon potatoes, green beans, and Caesar salad. For dessert, guests could choose between chocolate chocolate cake with raspberry compote or cheesecake.

From plates, utensils and napkins to setup and tear-down of the serving line, we’ve got it covered. We keep the food rotated, refilled and fresh throughout your event, and we take care of the entire drink setup, too.

Today marks the end of an era. After 22 years, Cecilia Murray is retiring from the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce. We’ve been fortunate to be part of the chamber under her leadership and to cater many luncheons over the years, so it meant so much to cater one of her retirement parties, celebrating her and her husband Don, who’s also retiring this year from civil service at Fort Leonard Wood. Congratulations on your retirement and thank you for supporting us all these years!

What did everyone choose for lunch? 👀

Today at the Sustainable Ozarks Partnership 14th Annual Meeting, we had the honor of catering breakfast and lunch for a room full of community leaders and partners.

For lunch, the choices were an Italian Combo, Turkey Club or Chicken Salad. So, naturally, we had to find out which one was the favorite.
