We've had a LOT of rain this week, and our U-Pick field is definitely feeling a little soggy!..
The good news? We're still planning to open this weekend!
We're giving the field one more day to dry out, and if all goes as planned, we'll be ready to welcome you Saturday.
If Mother Nature decides to send us more rain tomorrow and we need just a little more drying time, we'll work toward opening Sunday instead.
We're SO close, and we can't wait to finally have you out in the field picking your own blooms
We'll keep you posted with the official opening day!

Wondering what a visit to Susong Farm: Pasture & Petals looks like? 🌸 Here’s your simple guide to the U-Pick experience!

Come prepared for a little time outside — comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen and bug spray are always a good idea.

When you arrive, you’ll check in, choose your bucket size, grab your snips and head into the field to pick your favorite blooms. 🌿✂️

Take your time, walk the rows, take lots of pictures and fill your bucket with the flowers that make you smile.

When you’re finished, bring your bucket back to us at the wrapping + checkout table and we’ll get your flowers ready to take home. 💐

It’s really that simple — pick, wrap & enjoy!

🌸A FIELD THAT KEEPS CHANGING🌸

🌸32 beds. So many blooms. And we're just getting started.

After all the rain and delays we've had this season, we're excited to finally open the gates this weekend!🌼🌸

About half of our 32 flower beds are ready for picking, with more blooms continuing to open as the season goes on. 🌱

That means your bouquet might look a little different every time you visit—and we kind of love that. 💗

Come see what's blooming now, pick your favorites, and then come back later to see what's new!

We'll have a variety of zinnias, and more making their way into the field this season.

A few months ago, this was just a field… 🌱

You’ve been watching this little dream grow right along with us.🌸

Tiny seeds. Lots of planting. A whole lot of rain. Some replanting. Plenty of waiting. And more than a few moments of wondering if we’d actually make it here.

But little by little, those tiny seeds turned into something pretty special. 🌸

And now we’re just days away from opening the gates.

We can’t wait for you to walk through these rows, pick your own flowers, and make a bouquet that’s completely yours. 💐

Opening Day is getting closer! 🌸

The weather has not been kind to us when it comes to getting the field ready for opening day. We’ve had more rain than we know what to do with, and it has made getting everything planted, growing, and ready a little more challenging than we had hoped.

But we can’t control the weather, so we’ve been focusing on the things we can control. 🌱

We’ve been working behind the scenes to get the field ready, getting our Petal Pick and Full Bloom buckets ready, putting the finishing touches on our signs and entrance, and taking care of all the little details that will make your visit special.

It may not be exactly as we pictured it in our heads, but it will be ours—and it will be full of flowers, hard work, and heart. 🤍

Our hope is to open the U-Pick field this weekend, possibly Friday if the weather cooperates. 🌸

We are so excited to finally open the gates and welcome you to Susong Farm: Pasture & Petals. 🌸🌻

You’ve watched us plant the seeds, battle the rain, wait for the blooms, and figure this whole flower-farming adventure out—and now we can’t wait for you to actually come enjoy it with us.

It's hard to believe how far this little flower field has come!

What started as an empty field, a whole lot of work, lots of rain 😅, and a BIG dream is finally becoming the flower farm we've been imagining.

We've planted, replanted, weeded, watered, waited, worried, celebrated the first blooms... and now we're getting SO close.🥹
