✨Big things happening at the farm! ✨

Some of you may have noticed some big equipment, a new pad or gravel being delivered lately. This is all to give the girls some more outdoor spaces!

To start, Steve Gouin with SG Concrete poured us a beautiful new pad that will allow the girls to have a space for winter feeding and a new wash rack!

Mark Stuart with STS Construction did the ground work for this as well as built us a beautiful new road and installed new culverts. This road leads to another new pasture for the girls!

Both crews did a wonderful job, and we are thankful for local companies that are great to work with.

Drainage is crucial to the makeup of our pastures. It allows for better absorption of nutrients, better growth of feed and safe, clean pastures for the girls to roam and enjoy.

Here’s to more outdoor time for the girls, and great local companies!

Hello friends, family and customers:

As many of you know, effective August 1, Roux's Farm Raw Milk will be certified organic through MOFGA! We are so proud of accomplishing this!

Another exciting milestone is that we'll begin shipping our milk to Stonyfield starting sometime in September.

While these are wonderful changes for our farm, they also bring some difficult decisions. As we transition to this new chapter, we will gradually be discontinuing milk deliveries to several of our local retail partners.

Although we don't have a complete schedule finalized yet, we plan to give each retailer a two week notice and unfortunately tonight will share the first update. As of, Monday, Aug 3, will no longer be delivering milk to One Earth in Shapleigh.

We know this may be disappointing, and it is a decision we did not make lightly. We are incredibly grateful to the owner, staff, and customers for supporting our family farm over the years.

Our milk will continue to be available at the other locations for now and also our Farm Store in East Lebanon. There will be a $1.00 price increase, reflecting our organic certification. We're also exploring the possibility of expanding our store hours to make it easier for everyone to shop directly from the farm.

The next few months will bring many changes, and we are deeply thankful for the support our customers have shown us every step of the way. We hope you'll continue to support our farm as we begin this exciting new chapter.

Friends and customers have been great to us in the past, in regards to recommendations. Through your leads, we’ve met some wonderful people and hired some amazing contractors, so thank you for that.

It’s hot out and that means using the blackstone as much as possible at the farm, that means breakfast, lunch and dinner!

We’ve been cooking up classic bacon and eggs for breakfast after morning milkings and it doesn’t get much better, yum! 🥓🥚
