UPDATE--- these are SOLD! We do have some individual cuts for sale at Shop Springs Creamery.
Our next processing date will be around November.

July & August are super busy around the farm so we don't book a lot of beef dates at the processor.

But, September is just around the corner and we've steers ready for the processor! Who needs to restock their freezer for the fall and winter?

Our steers are born and raised on our farm in Wilson County. It doesn't get more American than that!

* Steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Sirloin)
* Roast (Sirloin Tip, Chuck)
* Brisket
