Arlo’s Update!!

We are FINALLY making real progress after 3 months of being stagnant. 🫩 All cabinets were installed last week. We are now waiting on the countertop templates to be done (next week🤞). Unfortunately, we have to wait until April 27th for installation. Our project has been pushed back so many times we ended up at the back of the pile of installations. 🤷‍♀️

It’s okay… it will give me time to unpack, organize and purge!! I will be excited to be back at it, baking my little heart out, soon!

Time for an update!!

Today marks far too long without a kitchen! 🫩 Renovations have NOT gone as predicted. I dreamed I would be baking my little heart out by now with my new double oven and quartz countertops but, NOPE! 👎🏻 The contractor came in about 3 weeks ago only to find out that 4 cabinets were the wrong size (after waiting a full month due to reordering a cabinet that was damaged!!) oh and by the way…. That same cabinet is one of the 4 we are now waiting on. So, when is all said and done I will have a few select cabinets for sale including NoW TWO (2) double oven cabinets! I have my fingers crossed 🤞 we will get our new (reordered) cabinets in the next week or two and by the first of April we will be back in business. At this point it may have been easier just buying a new house 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Anywayyyyyy….. Arlo seems un-phased by it all! I hope you are all having a great winter and looking forward to spring as much as I am.

Merry Christmas Eve Everyone 🎅🏻🎄 Arlo is doing his part playing Santa. He is absolutely loving this snow as we anxiously await our brand new kitchen install Eeek! We can’t wait to start baking in our new double oven 😍 and rolling out those cinnamon rolls on our new quartz countertops!! Stay tuned as we get through this next few weeks. Updates loading soon!
