Time for another introduction!

Meet Sophia! She’s usually on stage in a play, and sometimes she’s juggling more than one production at a time. When she’s not busy rehearsing or performing, you’ll find her smiling face at the window taking orders or helping serve our guests. Sophia is one of the happiest, most bubbly people you’ll ever meet, and her joy is absolutely contagious 🤗

Meet the Grizzly behind Grizzly’s Smokehouse.

As you start to see our food truck around town, you’ll spot him in his cowboy boots and hat. Great barbecue has always been his passion, and he’s spent years learning, refining, and chasing the perfect cook.

After many years in management, he finally decided it was time to take a leap of faith and build something of his own. Grizzly’s Smokehouse is the result of that dream.

He’s excited to serve up the kind of barbecue he’d want to eat himself and, even more importantly, to become part of the community. If you stop by the truck, be sure to say hello. He looks forward to meeting y’all 🤠
