A little behind-the-scenes update from Itty Bitty Farm Stand 🐓🥚

We’re not quite fully open just yet—but we’re getting close!

Right now, we’re in the process of making sure everything is done the right way… getting all the legal pieces in place, learning the ins and outs, and setting things up so we can serve our community safely and responsibly.

But if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that building something like this takes time—and heart. 💛

So while we’re not officially up and running, we wanted to start sharing our journey, getting the word out, and connecting with all of you early on. This little stand means a lot to our family, and we’re excited to grow it the right way from the start.

We’ll be sharing updates as we go, and we can’t wait to open fully soon!

Life has a way of changing your path when you least expect it. 💛

When my daughter was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease, we started paying closer attention to everything going into her body—and that journey led us to going gluten free. Not long after, we shifted into an anti-inflammatory way of eating to help support healing and overall wellness.

At the same time, our son has his own dietary needs, so our kitchen has also become peanut-free and soy-free.

At first, it felt overwhelming… labels to read, ingredients to rethink, and recipes to relearn. But somewhere along the way, it became more than just a necessity. It became a way to care for our kids, to help them feel their best, and to bring a little more intention into our home.

Now, our kitchen is full of simple, wholesome, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory goodness—and I’ve fallen in love with creating baked treats that are just as delicious (if not better 😉) than the originals.

When my son was born in 2015, we had no idea how much food would impact his little body. As he started solids, we quickly learned he had multiple allergies. Mealtime became stressful, and his eczema would flare—especially with store-bought eggs.

Out of both concern and determination, we decided to try something different. We started small… just a few laying hens in our backyard. 🐓

And something amazing happened.

He could eat our eggs with no issues. No flare-ups. No reactions. Just real, nourishing food that his body could handle.

That moment changed everything for us. It’s what started our journey into farm fresh eggs and simple, honest food.

Today, we focus on what makes him feel his best—protein and vegetables—and eggs have become a huge, reliable source of nutrition for him. 💛

This isn’t just about selling eggs. It’s about knowing where your food comes from, and how much that can matter for your family.
