As all of young hens have finally started laying, we are beginning to get a more consistent number of various sized eggs each day. This has allowed us to sort/separate our eggs into more defined sizes. Eggs will now be sold as XL/Jumbo, Large, Medium, and Small/X-Small. We are also taking this opportunity to update our prices and attempt to provide more clarity in pricing at the stand. A price list will be posted on the refrigerator and each carton will be clearly marked with a color coded price label, according to size, along with sizes being appropriately marked on the currently in use labels. Additionally, we have improved our sign indicating whether or not we have eggs, so it will be a little more visible. I apologize for the lengthy post.
