Did the first of our production build runs today. We've got 10 units approximately 50% fabricated and expect to finish them off in the next week or two. Check back for pictures!

Our competition team, Big Sky BBQ, participated in the Battle of the Brisket in Mission, KS September 16-17th. Using our Grizzly drum smoker prototypes they ended up taking 8th place in pork ribs, 8th place in beef brisket and ranked 9th overall out of 60 teams. Congratulations guys and keep up the good work!
