Now that he’s finally in the barn it’s time to introduce our new lead sire for KMR Club Lambs and Show Goats. “Playboy” is a Doughboy(Flex) x Why Not(Harrell/Charmasson) purchased from Dominion Livestock Co. at the WV Purebred Sheep Breeders Show & Sale where he was Supreme Overall Ram. I was going to make individual posts for each of these lambs but honestly I’m too lazy and I’d sound like a broken record. Lots of nattys and a speck ewe that has a ton of potential. All of these lambs are sired by our Gas Monkey son and genetics on the Dam’s sides include Rally, Monkey Business, Up The Limit, Right On, our Gas Monkey son and California Chrome. They are all green and therefore haven’t picked up bracing yet but full sibs to these lambs in the past have sold for $700-$1500 and have gone on to do some damage in the show ring.
All born mid January-mid February.

Visitors are welcome anytime before the open house to look through the group, but lambs will be available to purchase and pickup APRIL 1ST and 2ND. First come first serve! Lambs will be separated in pens by price. We will also have 2 doe kids available for leasing and one doe kid for sale. All male sheep will be banded before leaving the farm unless requested otherwise. Will have white faces, specks and black faces available. I mean come on, these lambs out of Black Diamond have been unique and downright freaks for years and we’ve put every type of ewe to him.... he just doesn’t miss!!!
With so many daughters piling up in our flock let him come to work for you and build your ewe base while his wethers hang banners. My ideal vision for this industry is to prioritize the athletic, “strut your stuff” kind of sheep that still posses muscle shape/mass without giving up structural correctness and fluidity on the move. After much consideration and debate, we’ve decided to sell Black Diamond.
He’s a Gas Monkey x Traveler son we purchased a few years ago from Alpha Omega Club Lambs. Over the past few years we’ve retained countless daughters and had quite a few wethers hang banners.
He will throw lambs with tight hides, tons of muscle, adequate s**g, wide tops and great touch. HE WILL THROW NATTYS!!!!!!! Nothing is wrong with him at all, but we warned he is a JERK. Halter him over the fence and you’re good to go, just be weary going in a pen with him.
