Happy International Chardonnay day! Here at Stone Tower, we have a deep appreciation for this highly popular varietal. With almost 14 acres, it's the largest white varietal planting on the property. We produce several styles of Chardonnay, including a stainless steel-aged one, a Reserve, an oak-aged Wente clone, a Kristi Chardonnay fermented with native yeasts, and now a Wild Boar Cellars Chardonnay made from grapes from Lincoln, Loudoun County. Be sure to try this latest addition to our wine menu!
Do you consider yourself a Chardonnay hater? This varietal is known to be a "chameleon", with flavor varying greatly depending on the terroir and the winemaking style. We bet at least one of our distinct Chardonnays can change your mind!

Stone Tower Winery offers two distinct tasting rooms, both of which offer the same beautiful wines and stunning views. While outside food is not permitted, both tasting rooms offer robust menu options for your enjoyment. We have wonderful offerings for newcomers, families, and large groups alike! Gatherings of 8 or fewer are welcome to join us at their leisure. Please contact us to inquire about reservations for groups over 8.

Video taken by our owner Mike Huber as our vineyard team worked hard through the night protecting our vines from the Spring frost. With fans running and over 1000 frost-prevention candles lit through the vineyard we were successful in protecting the vintage! While it makes for a beautiful scene, our fingers are crossed this is the last frost of the season. 🤞
