With the expected heat tomorrow on Saturday the 22nd and on Sunday the 23rd please consider leaving your puppy dogs at home if you're coming to the farmers market and either Leesburg Farmers Market or Cascades Farmers Market

It's very cool on Friday morning currently 5:33, but Saturday and Sunday at the farmers markets on asphalt it will be a whole lot harder so please if you love your dogs leave them home or let them only be on the asphalt for a short period of time

To all my neighbors on Dunlop Mill Road, I hope that you are are sleeping well with the choir of cows and calves. We are currently weaning some animals good news is that they're doing it face to face and in a couple days it'll cease and now that it's warmer you're probably inside with air conditioning so you probably don't hear it as much it'll l*l you to sleep at night

Update from this morning story about looking for a pregnant cow, mom, blue 15. In addition there's a little heifer calf with her number 12 and my socks are dry and mom and baby are doing well together

Out searching for one of the last cows to calf. One of places I searched across the creek there was someboot sucking mùd. Found the cow nowhere near the mud I got in. It's all good at least
if I didn't fall in

First strawberries of the season. Only two pints up for grabs! We plan to have more soon.
The peonies are finishing up. These look droopy but they are intentionally long stems and I don't have a tall container. Peony season is short!
Rhubarb is done for now, sometimes we get more later. We'll keep you posted.
