We have 3 fantastic, leased horses that we use for our student riders. We would like to thank their owners for trusting us with their care and allowing these wonderful boys to show our students the ropes of Eventing and Dressage.

Clifford 17yo, "retired" from the higher levels of Eventing when he reached his limit, his brain however did not. Today Clifford bounces around the lower levels soundly enjoying his easy career as a "packer".

Whinny 27yo, also joined the team out of "retirement" not only is he a fabulous beginner horse, he LOVES cross country. Making him a fantastic eventer for people new to the sport.

And our newest boy Peau 20yo, joined us after having a break from a previous injury. He has so much life and sparkle left that he has actually started jumping small fences after 6years as a Dressage horse. Just last week he shook off the cobwebs and had a lovely Dressage test with his pilot. We can not wait to watch him thrive in our care.

So to Julia, Shawna, and Michelle. Thank you for trusting us with your wonderful boys and also being such huge supporters of our program. We couldn't have the fantastic teaching program we do without wonderful owners like yourselves.

Looking back over the last few years and thinking about the horses that took me this far I am so proud of the progress. Even when it's hard and the loss feels overwhelming I am so grateful I get to be on this path. From her first beginner novice where she threw me on the floor in dressage warm up to my first FEI 2* I wouldn't change a second of it. So proud of my pony. She leaves behind some very big (little barefoot) shoes to fill.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Smoke and Mirrors aka "Magic"
#SuperPony came to our farm as a sale prospect, shortly after she proved she was so much more. In less than a year she became a solid hunt/staff horse then blossomed into an incredible event horse who lived to gallop massive cross country courses. Magic made her debut as a prelim pony in 2018 and has completed 1 and 2* since then.
Magic was a massive part of our farm family and we ask that you bear with us during our time of mourning.

Pi and Abi Shires had a great day at Seneca Valley Pony Club HT yesterday! They put in a great dressage test and jumped wonderfully both in show jumping and out cross country, finishing the day on their dressage score! We are so proud of how far they have come as a pair in the past few months! So excited to see what the rest of this season has in store for you two!

Could not be happier with the #Superpony. Completed our first international event and with a stellar cross country to end the day.

Pretty proud of the Super pony this weekend. We made our first attempt at Intermediate, and Magic made it pretty clear that the jump up from Prelim to Intermediate is no problem. Can't wait to try out some XC at the same level. This little mare keeps stepping up. There is nothing she can't handle. #SuperPony #EventMachine

April was a rock star at Loch Moy Farm this past weekend! She is really getting the hang of eventing, putting down solid rides in all 3 phases! It has been awesome to see her progress so far this season! Abi Shires Barbi Shires

So good
Congrats to Jacqui Ross on achieving qualifying scores for third level for her USDF Bronze medal on Ro Ro. After only one year of being at Chapel View, Ro Ro is schooling 4th level, scoring in the 60's at third level consistently at rated shows and thanks to Jacqui's nutrition program, Ro has never looked better. Jacqui Ross has consistently worked Ro to push from behind and his steady, supple contact in a simple loose ring snaffle is a complete turnaround for his way of traveling!!! Congrats Jacqui!!!!
