Most people don’t know this or simply don’t pay attention, next time you go somewhere and they ask you cash or card, see your total change when you say card.

Many of our customers question why we have a minimum $5 purchase to use credit/debit cards… we DO NOT pass the fees onto our customers, we as a business absorb these fees.

If passed into law, violations could carry civil penalties of up to $500 per incident, enforced by the attorney general’s office.
