Were y’all holding your breath like we were?! 😳👀

Because between the smoke-filled shack without our hood vent and the replacement part that decided to take the scenic route… we were SWEATING it. 😂🤦‍♀️

Small business ownership is definitely not for the faint of heart, but GOOD NEWS — THE HOOD IS FIXED and the pit is back in business! 🔥🙌

We’ll be OPEN regular hours tomorrow & Friday, and we cannot WAIT to get back to slingin’ BBQ!

Well friends, the powers that be behind the shack have some bad news😭😭.

Some of yall know, we were dealing with hood vent issues last week, and while the repair was finally diagnosed and is covered under warranty 🙌🙏, we’re waiting on parts until Friday.

That means Mad Master’s BBQ will be CLOSED this week😭😭😭. Nobody’s more disappointed than the Pitmaster and Sous Chef—but if we can’t smoke it, we won’t serve it.

The plan is to be back in action next week with all the smoky goodness you’ve been missing.

Today may look like a regular Friday at the shack, but behind the scenes the Pitmaster is pulling out his dress clothes and the Sous Chef is wondering how time goes by so fast 💍❤️

Tonight, we’re honored to be catering the wedding of Alex Slover & John Broussard! Alex has been like family to us, and we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow into the amazing woman she is today. We couldn’t be happier to celebrate this special couple on their wedding day.

So come grab some BBQ for lunch, then join us in sending a little love and a whole lot of happiness to the future Mr. & Mrs. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and never arguing over who gets the last bite (PS John it should always be her😂😉). 🥂✨
