Y’all, we hate to do it, but the Pitmaster has to hit the road this week, which means the Shack will be CLOSED this Thurs and Fri (10/15 & 16)😭💔

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hate to leave y’all hanging without your BBQ fix! Trust us, the Pitmaster ain’t happy about it either! 😂

We appreciate every single one of y’all and can’t wait to get back to slinging smoke and serving up the good stuff! ❤️🔥

Today we’re giving a little love to the OG. 🐷🔥

Pulled pork is where the Pitmaster first cut his teeth in the arts of smoking meat, and it’s been with us from the very beginning. The slaw was added to it later after the Sous Chef watched a BBQ competition show that said a traditional pulled pork Sammie was supposed to have Cole slaw on it😂.

She added her homemade slaw, we never looked back, and the rest is Mad Master history.
