Calming for nervous birds and you. Lavender repels insects, chamomile is soothing and mildly anti-inflammatory.
How to use: This is nesting box day. Dry the flowers and mix into bedding. A few drops of dried lavender in the dust bath area makes it smell amazing and keeps bugs down. Great day to do a handling check — calmer birds
