We met several years ago through a friend Tamara Casarotto who introduced us to the concept of charcuterie platters. She passed away of cancer earlier in 2020 and to honor her appreciation for beautiful, artisan food we have teamed up to share the charcuterie love with Utah. Together we have decades of food catering experience. Our specialty is delicious cuisine created with ingenuity and passion.
