Pizza Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. two weeks ago we did the Pepperoni version and had such a great response we decided to make a Combination Portobello Pizza this week. I may eat this every day this week for lunch. Just 244 Calories, 16 g Fat, 4 g Carbs, 0 Fiber, 0 Sugars, 21 g Protein. These do have organic Buffalo Mozzarella. So they are not Paleo.
