Mosida Market Butcher Contact Us Today! Mosida Butcher Block also sells bulk beef and pork. Each animal is processed to the customers exact specifications. Place deposit at checkout.

Processing each animal one at a time allows us to provide the detail in cutting and wrapping that is missing from large scale operations. Pork is sold in halves and wholes and beef is offered in 1/4, 1/2, or whole sizes. See cut list and pricing online.

Happy National Farmer’s Day!

We love what we do and feel honored to bring milk and beef to the great state of Utah.

Shoutout to the OGs: Great-grandpa Preston (overalls) dairy farmed in West Jordan with his wife Myrtle and started a family heritage that continues today.

Grandpa Wayne, a Korean War veteran, carried on that tradition for his nearly 90 years, helping to build a successful family business through good times and hard times.

And Lance, Steve, Brad, and Jason: took the vision of their predecessors and expanded it even more.

We are grateful to follow in their footsteps and continue to work alongside our dads and uncles.

As a solution, the U.S. government announced the importation of 300,000 metric tons of foreign ground beef to lower prices.

We want lower beef prices too! Yet this comes at a major cost.
