Lemon Oreo strawberry filled sushi-
1 pack lemon Oreos
1 8oz pack cream cheese (softened)
Dried strawberries (didn’t measure, but powdered them in my ninja)
Step 1- separate Oreos, scraping Oreo frosting off of cookie and into its own bowl.

Step 2- crush Oreo cookies, this is my third time trying this and I say unto you, crush them with a blender. Life is easier that way.

Step 3- mix crushed Oreo and cream cheese together in mixing bowl, I used my kitchen aid for this. (I also added a bit of melted butter to the Oreos in the blender) turn it into a dough.

Step 4- lay plastic wrap out on a cookie sheet, place dough on cookie sheet and roll out flat but not so flat you can’t roll it back up.

Step 5- Oreo frosting, I mixed a small amount of a protein shake, and added my powder strawberries, and stirred to consistency.

Step 6- spread frosting over your dough

Step 7- using the plastic wrap, roll the dough onto itself.
Using said plastic wrap, keep
It rolled and place in freezer for an hour or two.
Then cut into slices and eat it.
Your kids will
Love it.
