Unfortunately, yesterday we drove up to where we store the food trailer is stored and to our surprise, MAMBO! Food trailer was gone. We were in the process of switching to a new insurance but the trailer was stolen and unfortunately we are not in the economic position to get a replacement trailer.

So with that being said, all I can say to all is thank you so much for all your support, the fun times and the great friends we have made along the way.

It has been an adventure and a privilege to be able to put all our love into our food and serve our community in every possible way.

Extra special thank you to Lisa Files Dre and Mike, SueAnne Acosta and my MAMBO! Minis, Martica Lopez, Wonderland Cookie Dough & Ice Cream and all my other fellow food truck family for your patience, love and support.
