Papa Paul's BBQ I've been a pit master for ten years and I've tried rub and sauces from all over.

We cook the best BBQ in south Florida from pulled pork to Brisket the best tasting Ribs Chicken and Cow boy bake beans and corn bread to greens and smoke Mc N Cheese I can tell you one thing, down south BBQ is king, it's finger lick'in, lip smack'in good. We got a bit of a sweet tooth down this way and like our sauces like we like our tea...... Sweet! I've come up with a batch of sauces that has a

smokey sweet robust flavor and a touch of my favorite whiskey that'll have you sucking it down to the bone and have your taste buds screaming for more.
