12 ounce bowtie pasta
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup milk
1 package Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix

2 teaspoons Onion Onion Seasoning

1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt

1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 pint grape tomatoes
½ cup pitted and halved Kalamata olives
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
cooking methods
Stovetop
directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together next 5 ingredients.
Add pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Salt and pepper as desired.
Makes 6-8 servings.

Make Ahead: Prepare through step 3 up to 1 day ahead. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1½ pounds ground chicken or turkey
1 (8 ounce) package fresh button mushrooms, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1½ tablespoons (or 1 Dinner Mixer packet) Onion Onion Seasoning

¼ cup (or 1 Dinner Mixer container) Bayou Bourbon Glaze

1 tablespoon cornstarch
18-24 green lettuce leaves
Chopped green onions, chopped peanuts, chopped cilantro

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, mushrooms, carrots and Onion Onion™ Seasoning. Salt and pepper as desired.
Cook and crumble until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze and cornstarch. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Serve chicken in lettuce leaves topped with green onions, peanuts and cilantro.
Makes 6 servings or 4 servings + 2 leftover servings.

Serve with Simple Bayou Noodles.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine chicken, mushrooms, carrots and Onion Onion™ Seasoning in a gallon freezer bag. Place Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze in a quart freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.

For remix Bayou Chicken Pasta Salad recipe: Place 2 servings leftover chicken filling in a storage container. Place 2 servings leftover chopped cucumbers and chopped peanuts in separate storage containers. Refrigerate up to 2 days.

¼ cup Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce

¼ cup orange juice
2 teaspoons Onion Onion Seasoning

1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning

1½ pounds salmon fillets
½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt

directions
In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Sprinkle salmon with Seasoned Salt. Place salmon on grill, skin-side up. Grill 5 minutes.
Turn salmon over and brush with glaze. Continue grilling, brushing with glaze frequently, until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a green salad and grilled veggies of choice.

1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces
1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning

½ cup Merlot Sauce

6 slices Swiss cheese

Bake
directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle chicken with Garlic Garlic Seasoning and Seasoned Salt; drizzle with Merlot Sauce. Bake 25 minutes.
Top chicken with cheese. Continue baking until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

6 tablespoons butter, melted, cooled
1 large egg
1 package Blueberry Oat Bar Mix

½ cup yogurt covered cranberries
¼ cup slivered almonds
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
Orange Silicone Bar Pan

directions
Preheat oven to 355°F. In a large bowl, whisk butter and egg together. Add Blueberry Oat Bar Mix, cranberries and almonds; stir well to combine. Dough will be crumbly.
Divide among Silicone Bar Pan; evenly press dough down.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool. Remove each bar from pan very carefully.
In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk to desired thickness. Drizzle over bars.

2 packets Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix

2 cups chopped ham or browned, ground sausage
1 (28 ounce) package frozen O'Brien diced potatoes
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste

directions
Whisk sauce mix and eggs in a large bowl; stir in meat. Pour ¾ pkg. frozen potatoes into a large greased slow cooker; top with 1½ cups cheese, followed by ¾ of egg mixture. Dill Pickle Potato Salad Recipe
This potato salad is easy to prepare and would compliment any entree for your summer gatherings.

ingredients
2½ pounds baby red potatoes with skins, quartered
2 teaspoons salt
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 packet Dill Pickle Dip Mix

1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped red onion
⅓ cup chopped dill pickles
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
cooking methods
Stovetop
directions
Place potatoes and salt in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool completely.
In large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Dill Pickle Dip Mix and mustard; stir to combine.
Remove some of the skins from potatoes, if desired, and cut into bite-size cubes. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients to bowl; stir gently. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Makes 8 servings.
