We are in the full swing of calving, with over 125 calves on the ground and we were due to start tomorrow! We had a big day on Tuesday with 31 calves born. You can't beat this weather, what a change to start calving with mud and 50 degrees vs snow and below zero temps. Here is a sneak peek at our 1st calf heifer barn. The new mammas are making it fun, such good mothers and so easy to work with!

THANK YOU!
It has taken a few days to let the record breaking sale we had on Friday sink in, hence the slow facebook post! I am still in awe of the support we have from customers and friends. We sold two bulls for more than we have ever sold before, and I can't say thank you enough to those that had enough confidence in our bulls to bid to that level. Thank you to NLC Simmentals for purchasing our high seller, lot 73, at $175,000 and to the contending bidders, Crosshair Simmentals/BS Bulls/Flick Farms for their help. Also bidding to new heights on that bull were Bichler Simmentals and Quandt Cattle Co/Begger Diamond V Ranch. Our 2nd high selling bull, lot 72, went to Quandt Cattle Co/Begger Diamond V Ranch and we thank Crosshair Simmentals/BS Bulls/Flick Farms for contending on him as well. We are so excited about these two bulls in particular and can not wait to see what they can do for our industry!

There are so many people to thank that have helped us put the sale together every year. We never have a lack of people offering to lend a hand, and that for that we are so grateful! We truly appreciate all the help. A very special thank you to our family that helps us get all the bulls and now heifers clipped, cleaned and ready for pictures and videos, in addition to everything they do on a day to day basis, every day of the year to make this operation go round. It takes a lot to run a seedstock operation, and we are so thankful for all our family making it work for us to be able to bring you this set of cattle year after year. It truly is a family affair, and we couldn’t do it without the help of our family and kids. Thank you to the office crews, those preparing and serving meals, ringmen, phone help, auctioneers and DVAuction. Everyone has done such a great job! And a special THANK YOU to Mom and Dad for all your love, support and guidance as we continue to strive to improve and advance TNT Simmentals.

Over 80% of the bulls sold to repeat customers. There was an excellent offering of bulls and heifers from the first to the last with reasonable buys throughout the sale, with 16 bulls selling for $9,500 or less. All of us at TNT Simmentals are blessed with so much support from many new and old customers alike and we truly appreciate the confidence in our genetics from top notch seed stock and commercial herds across the nation. It truly was an amazing day, celebrating 41 years.

The ELEVATION Sire Group!

Elevation is a bull we purchased from CDI that was part of a flush that were all just exceptional, it was hard to pick a favorite. We love to see the flush mates that are all so similar, it shows the consistency in the mating. His sire, Abundance, is a new pedigree for us. Elevation not only met but exceeded our expectations. We love the power, depth and muscle he injects into his calves.

The Plateau Sire Group

His sire was a sale feature in the 2024 sale going to Traxinger Simmentals & Art Rode. He is extremely deep bodied, CE son of the performance giant TNT Assurance. We are incredibly happy with the Plateau calves. He sires exceptional phenotype with lots of

Here is a set of bulls sired by Perfection. Sired by the 500K Craftsman, he is a bull that was a top for WDA and YW, who was one of our high sellers in 2024 going to Trade Wind Ranch. He really stamps his calves in his own image, one after another. They are long bodied and thick with lots of added muscle expression
