This Saturday’s lineup feels like one of those afternoons that comes together naturally: good music, comforting food, mountain views, and a glass of wine that turns one hour into a few.

The tasting room opens at 2pm and stays open until 7pm, so there’s plenty of time to settle in and sip slow.

A yearly tradition at Addison Farms:
the mockingbird returns, builds her nest near the tasting room, and immediately declares war on anyone who gets too close. Just ask Bill and Taylor, who were repeatedly dive-bombed in the back of the head.

This Saturday, Sip Slow Saturday returns with another easygoing afternoon of wine, live music, and good food.

Iggy Radio brings his one-man-band style and soulful Americana sound to Addison Farms from 2–5pm, blending mountain grit, folk storytelling, and outlaw energy that feels right at home on the hill.

We’re also excited to welcome back Cecilia’s Kitchen, serving their homemade French-Latin comfort food from 2–5pm. Think handmade crêpes, tamales, and dishes full of warmth and heart.

The tasting room opens at 2pm and stays open until 7pm so everyone can settle in, slow down, and finish that last sip while the mountains start glowing in the evening light.

This Memorial Day Weekend, a few friends of the farm are bringing something special to the vineyard.

We’re welcoming winemaker Elizabeth Higley of Demarcation Wine Company and Utopian Seed Project Chef, Terri Terrell, for a three-day collaboration centered around thoughtful food, small-batch wines, and community-rooted work that extends beyond the table.

Expect focaccia sandwiches layered with spring ingredients, seasonal sides, and a wine spritz made with Elizabeth’s vermouth, alongside live music each afternoon.

Their work helps support women in wine education and Utopian Seed Project’s mission advancing resilient regional foodways.

This Saturday at Addison Farms Vineyard

Ken Johnson will be keeping rhythm from 2–5pm with familiar favorites while Taqueria del Sol serves fresh, authentic Mexican food from the truck.

Inside the tasting room, we’ll be pouring our red, white, and sparkling wines alongside a small selection of Highland Brewing beer, Noble Cider, Devil’s Foot, and Waynesville Soda Jerks NA drinks.

Good music, fresh food, mountain views, and a space to leave the lists and hurry behind for a few hours.
