Founded in 2014 and nestled on six acres in the Fernvale area of Leipers Fork outside of Franklin, TN., GratiDude Ranch offers a mini-farm B&B experience. GratiDude Ranch is also perfect for small events with a barn community gathering/venue event space, a petting zoo with 27 farm pets, and many spe

cial nooks to experience all that nature has to offer. A Carriage House and a Cottage on the property are available for overnight accommodations. Farm-to-table dinners are held monthly and are open to the community benefiting SAFE, a nonprofit housed on the ranch, serving foster children and foster parents in Middle Tennessee. GratiDude Lodge, formerly known as Lyric Springs Country Inn, is situated on 15 adjoining acres to GratiDude Ranch and is an additional wedding location available to guests. Used as a writers retreat and owned by songwriters and actors Ed and Patsy Bruce, this property catered to some of the greats including Johnny Cash. The lodge sleeps 12+ guests and offers a large dining room that seats 20 guests. There is also a saloon/billiard room and an inground salt water heated pool. ‘Creekside Guesthouse at GratiDude Lodge’ is a separate open-concept space that can be booked along with the lodge or separately and can sleep 6 additional guests. GratiDude Lodge offers a unique and special space for small group stays, events and weddings. Situated on the South Harpeth Creek with a gorgeous bluff location for weddings and special events, the peace and tranquility of this property is one of a kind.

Whether you are looking for that perfect location to have your wedding, or somewhere for an unforgettable birthday, anniversary or private dinner party, a place to host a relaxing small group retreat, or a romantic getaway for two, you will want to check out GratiDude Ranch.

GratiDude Ranch is a beautiful mini-farm located just 8 miles from historic Leipers Fork Village, less than 20 miles south of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN, approx 10 minutes from the well-known Loveless Cafe, and approx 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. Sitting on a little under 6 acres the gated property includes a 4-stall barn, riding arena, quaint guest cottage, renovated barn with living quarters, lush landscape, outdoor living space, campfire, babbling creek and picnic area.

The barn on the property offers a small stage for live performances, a dance floor space and seating area for a dinner party or reception. We also offer a full kitchen with a gas stove and microwave as well as lodging options. Included in our ranch family are seven miniature donkeys, two horses and a few friendly chickens. The donkeys and horses are available for special events.
