1/4 Info: 234lb hanging weight x $3/lb = $702.00 for the meat + processing to the Locker. Earlville needs a cutting order by Friday, December 20th.

If anyone is looking for lamb, I will be setting up a butcher date VERY soon, like I would need to know by September 5th. They are obviously bigger than the picture which was taken shortly after lambing this spring.

If anyone is needing beef now, I put a couple packaged 1/4s in my freezer that are ready to go, they were cut standard by the locker. Otherwise, I have upcoming butcher dates in November and December.

I still have beef available on my May 1st date, tomorrow, going to Country Village Meats in Sublette. This is the last of my availability until November. $2.75/lb on the hanging weight + processing.

Finished cattle are at an all time high at the markets right now, so if havenโ€™t seen an increase in price at the store, you will. Full disclosure these will be BIG animals, with the mild winter they really put on the pounds!

I delivered 3 steers to the Earlville Locker this morning and there is still an open 1/4 up for grabs. If you prefer Earlville for your butchering/processing this may be your last chance for this Spring since my June butcher date is already sold. 201lb hanging weight x $2.75/lb = $552.75 for the meat + processing.

OPEN BEEF DATE

I reached out to a couple people that Iโ€™m waiting to hear back from, but I was short 2 beef dates for this spring and as luck would have it someone backed out and I can get a beef in to Country Village Meats in Sublette this coming Monday, March 13th. Meat would be ready for pick-up around April 3-10.

Still $2.75/lb on the hanging weight + processing. Average cost for a 1/4 for meat + processing is ~$750.

Let me know ASAP if you would be ready and interested. I have other upcoming dates in April, May and June, but like I said, I have 7 cattle and only had butcher dates for 5.

I still have lambs to sell. They are ready to go anytime, I just need to make locker dates. $240 for a whole or $120 for a half + processing (typically around $100 for a whole). They will be going to Freedom Sausage outside of Earlville.

Just wanted to throw out there that I took 3 hearty steers into Country Village Meats in Sublette this morning. I still have about 1 whole beef available on these guys.

Price: $2.75/lb on the hanging weight, a 1/4 will average around $750.00 total for meat and processing.

I am pretty sure my upcoming June 17th beef date is full, so if you need beef for the summer, this is the last chance.

ALSO: I have 1 whole pig (or two 1/2s) still available on my upcoming June 6th butcher date, also at Country Village Meats in Sublette.

1/2 = $150 + processing/ whole = $300 + processing, around 280lb live weight
