A vegetarian soup is always requested for my monthly Salad Bar to make sure sure everyone has something to eat.

I decided to take it up a notch this month and add a White Chicken Chili option for all the non-veg employees and they LOVED it!

Added avocado as a topping and got many compliments how the avocado was “just perfect”.

Vegetable Chili was the second soup option.

Last week was one of my favorite weeks of owning my business.

I had the opportunity to provide lunch for all of Gift CPAs offices during a very busy tax season for them.

The menu they chose was one of my favorites.
Sandwiches:
Chicken BLT
Chicken Salad
Ham & Cheese Sliders

Soups:
Minestrone and White Chicken Chili

Thursday was a pickup for the Myerstown so instead of soup they requested Capellini Salad.

Tuesday after dropping off lunch, I drove around Lancaster city visiting my old apartments, driving by my Alma mater PCAD and just enjoying seeing how the city has developed over the past 25 years.

You overlook the long, busy days in a week like this because of the joy and fulfillment you feel accomplishing each day.

Salad Bar this month was a huge hit!

Some new menu items that were well received were Eggplant, Green Bean Stirfry, Maple Chocolate Chunk Cookies and Glazed Sour Cream Cookies.

Take a walk through the first Salad Bar of the year with me!

I couldn’t be more excited to be booked for 2026 for another fun, creative year of monthly Salad Bars.

This month featured Vegetable Soup, Butter Pecan Cookies, Texas Sheet Cake, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Seasoned Chicken, Chickpeas and Tofu and all the fixins to make an amazing salad.
